Indian Monsoon or rainy season has arrived in west-south regions of India like Mumbai. With the sounds of raindrops, cool air our tongue wants some crispy and spicy food or dishes. Here are some top dishes which leave a good taste in the rainy or a monsoon season.

1. Palak Pakora(Bhajiya)
Palak Pakora is a deep fried Indian starter dish, eat with green sauce(chatni) & tomato ketchup. Pakora is made with the help of besan and spinach(palak). It is widely used the dish in monsoon season.

2. Moong Dal Stuffed Kachori
A traditional Indian starter recipe Moong Dal Kachori is the famous in Rajasthan region of India. Moong dal is stuffed in a floor, after it would be deep fried on vegetable oil. It's also eaten with tea(chai), green sauce(chatni) & tomato ketchup.

3. Dal Baati Chokha
It's a cultural dish of Rajasthan in India. It is a collection of a pulse, batti & salats.
It is made up of besan and desi ghee. It is a famous dish or recipe is used in Monsoon season of India.

4. Bhutte ka Kees 
Another famous dish is made up from Corns. Bhutte(corn) was boiled in water then it would be fried with Indian spices and vegetables like green chilly, Coriander, Tomato etc.

5. Aloo ki Tikki 
Aloo Tikki is made from potatoes and Indian spices. It is also eaten with Indian sauces, Chopped onion, sweet sauce, chilly sauce etc. It isn't a seasonal dish, famous dish available in all seasons of India.

6. Chabena(5 grains)
Chabena , It is a mixture of five whole grains like channa, Matar, Moong dal, Month & Ravas. It's a popular dish which is chunked during the monsoon season.

7. Samosa with chilly sauce
Samosa is filled with spicy potatoes and deep fried dish. The high content of spices used in samosa eaten with chilly sauce and tomato ketchup.

8. Mirchi Pakora
A green chilly is wrapped in besan floor. It is deep fried Indian dish like palak pakora. It's also eaten with Indian sauces.
